At Major Wear, every piece is crafted with intention and quality. We stand behind our product and ask that all customers review our policies carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
Any item that does not meet these standards will be declined and returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Due to the limited nature of our collections, all final sale purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If a return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to the customer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To obtain a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Eligible claims will be reviewed and resolved promptly.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior approval.
